Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over $400 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product via our Contact page.

Taxes

Applicable GST/HST/PST will be calculated at checkout based on your province.

Machine Warranty (1 Year)

PMU machines include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the shipping date.

Warranty covers

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.

Warranty does not cover

Accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs/modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper power/charging.

How to request warranty service

To start a warranty request, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos showing the problem. We may request basic troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.

Resolution

If approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion.
